The Facility Executive Technical position is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of all technical aspects within a facility. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in facility management and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support for all facility-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize disruption.- **Maintenance Oversight**: Supervise regular maintenance and repairs of facility equipment, ensuring optimal operation and safety.- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all facility operations comply with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular inspections to identify potential hazards.- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance and service contracts, ensuring quality work and compliance with agreed terms.- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the facility budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.- **Energy Management**: Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies for energy efficiency to reduce costs and environmental impact.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in facility management or a related technical field. A strong understanding of building systems and safety regulations is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role. The candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with various teams and vendors.
