1. Lead Generation/Fixing appointment for contract closure with client.

2. Manpower sourcing and Deployment.

3. Weekly minimum of 15 clients to be visited and fix one meeting with the client for closure.

4. Daily Site Attendance to be maintained.

5. Procurement of Uniform

6. Daily All Site visit and grooming standards to be checked.

7. Once in a month surprise visit with management team.

8. Background verification of the employee to be done.

9. Daily Reporting & Location Sharing on WhatsApp group of company.

10. follow-up Excel Sheet/Registered to be maintained.
