coordinate with internal teams and buyers to ensure timely order execution and client satisfaction.
prepare export quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to overseas clients.
conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and export data.
maintain lead trackers, export sales reports, and mis records regularly.
handle export documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinate logistics.
work with banks and financial institutions for letters of credit, export payments, and documentation.

25 years in export sales and international logistics.
