What does the role require?

There isnt a one description fits all as the role is wonderfully varied based on our client's needs. Athena EAs, in addition to the below day-to-day requirements, have planned weddings, organized dinner parties, forged new friendships and business relationships, developing new skills like web design, and produced podcasts - and thats just to name a few.

Day-to-day requirements:

Liaise, coordinate, and negotiate with external vendors

Conduct ocular inspections on behalf of the client

Optimize your clients time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals

Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling

Research and develop plans for your clients personal and professional growth

Surprise and delight your client by demonstrating initiative

Build rapport with your clients network and team and help to manage these important relationships

Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media

What is needed to have a successful career as an Athena EA?

Must be a resident of Shillong or those living near Shillong, India.

Must be willing to travel for work to Shillong, India when needed.

Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps

Experience with leasing, real estate, property management is a plus

Working knowledge of technical jargon in corporate real estate

Working knowledge of travel management

Must be available to travel for work when needed

With great attention to detail.

Willing to work full-time.

Experience/background in interior design/build-out/construction is a plus but not required

You will need to provide your own device. RAM minimum: 8GB (however 16GB is recommended)
