Job Description

HR Activities:

Recruitment, Staffing, Joining & Induction.

Attendance management

Leave Management

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc)

Assist to Sr. HR & Admin in day-to-day operations of the HR & admin activities

Employee Engagement. (Festivals & parties arrangements)

Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

Admin Activities:

Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Vendor Management. (End to end).

Maintain Filing documentation and system

Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.

Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.

Specialization in handling inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.

Keeping day-to-day activities organized.

Travel desk; domestic & international tickets booking and applying for international vizas.

Experience : 2 - 4 Years

Education : Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree, B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, M.B.A/PGDM
