Job Profile
1. Planning and execution of Monthly Payroll.
2. Attendance Tracking, Maintaining leave record, preparing salary input, headcount report.
3. Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
4. Generating Monthly salary statements and updating of the salary budget statement.
5. Complete hands on statutory compliance- PF, ESIC, min wages etc
Insurance Policy Addition / Deletion / Renewal
6. Prepare Salary Break up Salary Account Opening
7. Grievance Handling related to Salary & Compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate must have good exposure in PAYROLL PROCESSING
2. Candidate must have good knowledge of Compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) (must know Overtime & Bonus calculations)
3. Good is MS Excel such as Vlook, Hlook & Pivot etc.
4. Minimum Graduate
5. Relevant Experience Should be minimum 2 years.
6. Female Preferred.
