Job Profile1. Planning and execution of Monthly Payroll.2. Attendance Tracking, Maintaining leave record, preparing salary input, headcount report.3. Adhere and Comply with statutory provisions like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity etc.4. Generating Monthly salary statements and updating of the salary budget statement.5. Complete hands on statutory compliance- PF, ESIC, min wages etcInsurance Policy Addition / Deletion / Renewal6. Prepare Salary Break up Salary Account Opening7. Grievance Handling related to Salary & ComplianceDesired Candidate Profile1. Candidate must have good exposure in PAYROLL PROCESSING2. Candidate must have good knowledge of Compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) (must know Overtime & Bonus calculations)3. Good is MS Excel such as Vlook, Hlook & Pivot etc.4. Minimum Graduate5. Relevant Experience Should be minimum 2 years.6. Female Preferred.
