Job Description

An export / import documentation specialist is responsible for supporting export/Import activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with LC/TT, and handles CHA and related agencies.

Export Documentation Role and Responsibility

A Export Documentation person needs to perform the following tasks:

Pre & Post shipment Documentation

Handle the Customs Clearance: Regulations, Procedures Documentation,DGFT,CHA,Freight Forwarding

knowledge of Indian and Foreign trade policies & operations to ensure effective management of the exports business

Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC.

Bank works related to Export Documentation

Requirements

Graduation

At Least 8 years of experience in similar areas

Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Past references from previously worked companies are mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
