Job Description

we are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support our director. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

responsibilities

provide high-level administrative support to the director

manage the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments

prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the director

act as a liaison between the director and other departments or external contacts

assist in project management and follow-up on action items

maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

perform other related duties as assigned

skills and qualifications

bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

2-10 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role

proficient in ms office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)

strong organizational and time management skills

excellent verbal and written communication skills

ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

ability to work independently and as part of a team

familiarity with office equipment and technology
