● planning, conceptualizing and executing marketing events from start to finish
● directing, and coordinating marketing efforts in line with events strategy and marketing
plan
● create weekly / monthly / quarterly project plans, budgets and goals
● prepare and manage budgets of the events
● collaborate and liaise with project stakeholders and third party agencies to execute the
event, get approvals, answer any project progress-related queries, provide updates, and
raise concerns in a timely manner
● communicate daily with the respective teams, plan work schedules and check event
requirements
● ensure all events run smoothly; be the link between the stakeholders & the organization
● vendor management & rate negotiations with external service providers or suppliers
including pricing, image, brand, promotions and promotional materials
● handling logistics and related communications
● carry out day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise
● come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
● lead promotional activities for the event
