â— Planning, conceptualizing and executing marketing events from start to finish
â— Directing, and coordinating marketing efforts in line with events strategy and marketing
plan
â— Create weekly / monthly / quarterly project plans, budgets and goals
â— Prepare and manage budgets of the events
â— Collaborate and liaise with project stakeholders and third party agencies to execute the
event, get approvals, answer any project progress-related queries, provide updates, and
raise concerns in a timely manner
â— Communicate daily with the respective teams, plan work schedules and check event
requirements
â— Ensure all events run smoothly; be the link between the stakeholders & the organization
â— Vendor management & rate negotiations with external service providers or suppliers
including pricing, image, brand, promotions and promotional materials
â— Handling logistics and related communications
â— Carry out day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise
◠Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
â— Lead promotional activities for the event
