Job Description

we are looking for a female candidate who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about jewellery and events. the role involves:

coordinating with the marketing team for promotions and event planning

checking, updating, and managing jewellery inventory regularly

coordinating with photographers, models, and vendors for product shoots

managing stall setup and operations at local exhibitions in ahmedabad and gandhinagar

representing the brand professionally to customers at events

supporting sales and ensuring smooth event execution

work schedule:

exhibitions are mostly on weekends and evenings, often till 10:00 pm — applicants should be comfortable with this schedule.

requirements:

languages: hindi, english, and gujarati (must be fluent in all three)

female candidates preferred

good communication and organisational skills

ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment

interest in jewellery, fashion, or events is a plus

prior experience in exhibitions, retail, or stock management preferred
