About the Role:

Lead end-to-end R&D and product development activities.

Drive NPD from concept, design and prototyping through commercialization.

Manage engineering teams and technical resources.

Develop product roadmaps aligned with business and market requirements.

Drive design optimization, cost reduction and engineering improvements.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing and commercial teams.
