Timing:

11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Day)

9:30 am to 7:30 pm (Day)

9:30 pm to 7:30 am (Night)

9:30 pm to 9:30 pm (Night)

Skills and Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Fluent English Speaking is Mandatory.

Good Communication Skills.

High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Email Management: Monitor and manage the companys email accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.

Process Execution: Execute predefined processes related to email communication, including data entry, follow-ups, and documentation.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service via email, addressing customer concerns, providing information, and resolving issues effectively.

Email Triage: Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and relevance, escalating issues to appropriate departments or team members as needed.

Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on email metrics, such as response times, volume of emails, and resolution rates.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer or internal issues.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in email handling and communication efficiency, and implement best practices.

Proficiency in email management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
