job summary:

we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced industrial electrician to join our maintenance team.

the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical

maintenance, specifically within a metal manufacturing environment. the role involves

troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in eot cranes, motors, valves, drives,

and other industrial equipment.

key responsibilities:

- perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.

- diagnose electrical faults and carry out timely repairs on eot cranes, motors, valves, drives,

and other factory machinery.

- install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, and power distribution systems.

- troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plcs, vfds, and automation systems.

- ensure proper functioning of electrical components and safety devices.

- read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

- work with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.

- follow safety procedures and industry standards while handling electrical equipment.

- maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

- coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance operational

efficiency.

requirements:

- minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a metal manufacturing

facility.

- strong knowledge of eot cranes, motors, valves, drives, and industrial electrical systems.

- hands-on experience with plcs, vfds, and automation systems.

- ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

- strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- familiarity with workplace safety standards and electrical regulations.

- willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

education & certifications:

- diploma/certification in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.

- relevant technical training and certifications are preferred.
