Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical

maintenance, specifically within a metal manufacturing environment. The role involves

troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in EOT cranes, motors, valves, drives,

and other industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.

- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out timely repairs on EOT cranes, motors, valves, drives,

and other factory machinery.

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, and power distribution systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical components and safety devices.

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

- Work with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.

- Follow safety procedures and industry standards while handling electrical equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance operational

efficiency.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a metal manufacturing

facility.

- Strong knowledge of EOT cranes, motors, valves, drives, and industrial electrical systems.

- Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and electrical regulations.

- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Education & Certifications:

- Diploma/Certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

- Relevant technical training and certifications are preferred.
