Electrical Engineer - Full Time

1. Project Execution (SITC)

System Implementation: Oversee the complete lifecycle of HVAC installations, including chillers, cooling towers, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, and ducting, ensuring adherence to ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning protocols to verify system performance against design specifications before handover.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with consultants, architects, and MEP contractors to integrate HVAC services seamlessly with civil and electrical works.

2. Technical Troubleshooting & Incident Management

Real-time Resolution: Act as the primary on-site technical expert to diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults immediately, minimising project delays.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform in-depth diagnostics on system inefficiencies, such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, or airflow imbalances.

Emergency Response: Lead the First-Time Fix initiative for critical system breakdowns to maintain operational continuity for clients.

3. Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

Asset Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) to extend equipment lifespan and optimise energy efficiency.

AMC Management: Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensuring all routine services, filter cleanings, and sensor calibrations are completed on schedule.

Inventory Control: Manage the procurement and tracking of essential spare parts and consumables to prevent stock-outs during critical repairs.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Technical Reporting: Maintain precise site logs, including Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and as-built drawings.

Safety Leadership: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations, particularly concerning refrigerant handling.
