the responsibilities would primarily include the outbound, inbound & online chat processes:

- day shift

- freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!

- outbound process: upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses

- inbound process: attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.

- online chat process: be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.

- responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.

- responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling

eligibility

graduate/ post graduate with good communication skills

minimum exp - fresher

salary- 17k inhand(pf, mediclaim, life insurance) plus incentives.)

fixed salary 17k inhand per month with unlimited incentive plus rewards.

timing--

5days working ( sunday fix off, saturday rotational off)

training duration 3-4days

note- candidate must be good in english communication and sales and marketing skill.
