Online Education Counselor
Requirements
· A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in parent counseling within an educational environment, or experience in client-facing roles (sales and relationship management) from any industry.
· Prior teaching experience is preferred, but a fresher with a strong interest in teaching is also welcome.
· Strong communication skills, social skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and excellent written skills.
· Must have a laptop, phone and a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities
This role is a combination of counseling, sales, administration and teaching. Selected candidate will undergo a detailed orientation and training program:
· Collaborate with the Manager on enquiry and admissions management.
· Call prospective parents, provide detailed information about the program, and encourage them to enroll. Earn incentives based on achieving enrollment targets.
· Perform student assessments and recommend appropriate programs to parents.
· Active participation in curriculum development, classroom observation, and team coordination in collaboration with the Center Manager.
· Teaching Responsibilities - Use company€™s systems, process and teaching aids to impart structured learning experience to students.
· Organize online parent teacher conference and responsible for parent relationship management.
· Work Hours: Mon to Sat 11am - 8pm
