Inventory, Billing, Pricing, Buyer.

Product uploading on various e- commerce sites.

Hands on experience preparing Catalog for product listing such as Description, search Keywords A+ Content & fill all Mandatory fields.

On a daily basis Inventory & Stock management.

Knowledge of FBA/Flex/FA.

Experience in managing promotions like sponsored ADS, Coupons.

Order Processing and Return Claims.

Track & report the corrective actions status for stock related issues.

Handling customer queries and leads via phone, e-mail and chat etc.

Prepare reports on a weekly/ monthly basis and submit to Managements.

Good communication skill.

Could represent the company well.

Record management of all order details in the database.

Positive attitude and high level of integration.

Ensure all available products are online and have up-to-date accurate info.

Team Management (Check Work Report, Assign Task to team).

Formulate marketing plans and strategies to increase the company's business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Good English, including MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivots & Excel Shortcuts.)
