Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and proven experience in leading and managing teams to drive business growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and/or company website

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement

Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends using MS Excel and other tools

Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management review

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations

Lead, train, and motivate the e-commerce team to achieve targets and KPIs

Ensure compliance with platform policies, company standards, and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

5+ years of experience in e-commerce management

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting)

Experience managing and leading a team

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Knowledge of online marketplaces, website management, and digital marketing basics

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce analytics tools

Understanding of SEO, online advertising, and performance marketing

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
