Job Description Tech Lead (.NET)

We are looking for a Tech Lead .NET with strong technical and leadership capabilities to drive enterprise application development. The role involves hands-on development, architectural ownership, and team mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect, design, and develop .NET-based applications using microservices

Lead a team of developers and ensure timely project delivery

Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure and application deployments

Ensure integration with CRM and ERP systems

Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

7+ years of experience in .NET technologies

Strong expertise in Azure, Microservices, MVC, and SQL

Experience in CRM/ERP integrations

Prior experience in a technical leadership role
