We are looking for a Tech Lead €“ .NET with strong technical and leadership capabilities to drive enterprise application development. The role involves hands-on development, architectural ownership, and team mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

€¢ Architect, design, and develop .NET-based applications using microservices

€¢ Lead a team of developers and ensure timely project delivery

€¢ Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure and application deployments

€¢ Ensure integration with CRM and ERP systems

€¢ Enforce coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices

€¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business needs

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

€¢ 7+ years of experience in .NET technologies

€¢ Strong expertise in Azure, Microservices, MVC, and SQL

€¢ Experience in CRM/ERP integrations

€¢ Prior experience in a technical leadership role
