The Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, managing, and verifying all shipping and export/import documentation in compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, shipping lines, customs, and internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate shipment processing

* Experience with sea and air freight documentation.

* Familiarity with EDI systems and online customs portals (ICEGATE, DGFT, etc.).

* Understanding of banking documentation for L/C and TT transactions.
