- manage a sales portfolio of rs. 25 lacs per month.

- understanding of agri supply chain.
- ability to establish product schemes, processes, and business plans.
- high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation.
**requirements**:
- own bike and driving license.
- own smartphone.
- local resident for over 5 years.
- proficient in local language.
- no history of loan default.
