1. segregate orders based on area and zones to ensure efficient delivery routes.

2. coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

3. oversee the loading and dispatching of orders to ensure they are sent out correctly and on time.

4. maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and delivery statuses.

5. address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the dispatch process.

6. utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with delivery vehicles or equipment.

7. communicate effectively with the other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient dispatch process along with customer satisfaction.

8. ensure compliance with all company and government policies and procedures related to dispatch and delivery.
