Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in packing and labeling.

Coordinate and schedule dispatches based on priority and delivery timelines.

Monitor transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely execution.

Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to track shipments and resolve issues.

Maintain and update dispatch records, logs, and reports accurately.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Address customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Optimize routes and scheduling to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Liaise with internal teams (warehousing, procurement, sales) to streamline dispatch operations.

Perform quality checks on shipments before dispatch to minimize errors.

Use dispatch software and tools to track and manage deliveries effectively.
