Experience: 10€“15 Years

Industry: Pharma / CRO / CDMO

#### Key Requirements:

* 10€“15 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within CRO, CDMO, or Pharmaceutical services.

* Strong understanding of drug discovery, development services, API/intermediates, peptides, and custom synthesis.

* Proven track record in client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth (Domestic & International markets).

* Experience in proposal preparation, RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.

* Ability to build long-term relationships with Pharma, Biotech, and Research organizations.

* Good knowledge of regulatory, quality systems (GMP/GLP), and CRO compliance requirements.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

* Ability to work closely with technical, R&D, and project management teams.

#### Preferred Skills:

* Exposure to US, EU, and emerging markets.

* Strong network in Pharma & Biotech decision-makers.

* Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
