#### **Key Requirements:**

* 1015 years of proven experience in **Business Development / Sales** within **CRO, CDMO, or Pharmaceutical services**.

* Strong understanding of **drug discovery, development services, API/intermediates, peptides, and custom synthesis**.

* Proven track record in **client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth** (Domestic & International markets).

* Experience in **proposal preparation, RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies**.

* Ability to build long-term relationships with **Pharma, Biotech, and Research organizations**.

* Good knowledge of **regulatory, quality systems (GMP/GLP), and CRO compliance requirements**.

* Excellent **communication, presentation, and convincing skills**.

* Ability to work closely with **technical, R&D, and project management teams**.

* Exposure to **US, EU, and emerging markets**.

* Strong network in **Pharma & Biotech decision-makers**.
