**Experience:** 1015 Years**Industry:** Pharma / CRO / CDMO#### **Key Requirements:*** 1015 years of proven experience in **Business Development / Sales** within **CRO, CDMO, or Pharmaceutical services**.* Strong understanding of **drug discovery, development services, API/intermediates, peptides, and custom synthesis**.* Proven track record in **client acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth** (Domestic & International markets).* Experience in **proposal preparation, RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies**.* Ability to build long-term relationships with **Pharma, Biotech, and Research organizations**.* Good knowledge of **regulatory, quality systems (GMP/GLP), and CRO compliance requirements**.* Excellent **communication, presentation, and convincing skills**.* Ability to work closely with **technical, R&D, and project management teams**.#### **Preferred Skills:*** Exposure to **US, EU, and emerging markets**.* Strong network in **Pharma & Biotech decision-makers**.* Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.

Handle procurement of raw materials, solvents, APIs/intermediates while ensuring quality and timely delivery Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers in compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards Coordinate with production, QA, and stores for material planning, documentation, and inventory control Bachelors degree in Chemistry/Engineering with 25 years of relevant chemical industry experience
