Digital Marketing Trainer

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Understanding the products and services offered by the company. • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. • Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders. • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers. • Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same. • Consulting about client requirements and expectations. • Answering to customers questions in regards to products and services.

REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors degree in any field or high school diploma • 3+years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representatives, or a related job position in the sales department. • Proven experience working as a tele executive • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and problem -solving skills.
