We are looking for a Trainer - IT & Digital who will be training youth on basic IT & Digital marketing for Malkaganj Location.Role:Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.Ensuring student attendance and participation in the sessions.Maintaining progress report of student, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting.Helping with students mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality.Maintaining a pool of alumni and conducting regular alumni events and assessments.Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:Any Graduate Preferably from IT Background.Good in technical knowledge and basic knowledge about digital marketing.Should have knowledge on applying aadhar card, pancard, voterid card,etc.Strong people management and orientation towards relationship buildingStrong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and EnglishShould have digital proficiency and is comfortable and up to date with changes in technology.Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce digital divide in the society.

We are inviting candidates with work experience of 1 - 3 years to join as a Digital Marketing Executive cum Trainer in our training division GALTech School of Technology.Responsibilities & Skills1. At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Trainer position preferred.2. The ability to explain digital marketing concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.3. Planning and preparing lesson plans for digital marketing.4. Handling doubt sessions or query sessions of the students.5. Must be able to create and design course material.6. Execution of our digital marketing and advertising campaigns, and promotions for lead generation.7. Should know about SEO, PPC Google Ad Words, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Video Marketing, etc.8. Must have knowledge of digital marketing tools.
