We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES Understanding the products and services offered by the company. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers. Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same. Consulting about client requirements and expectations. Answering to customers questions in regards to products and services. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in any field or high school diploma 3+years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representatives, or a related job position in the sales department. Proven experience working as a tele executive Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem -solving skills.
