🎯 key responsibilities

plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects (google ads, facebook/instagram ads, youtube, linkedin).

generate quality real estate leads through paid campaigns, seo, and social media promotions.

manage end-to-end campaigns: targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, tracking, and reporting.

work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

maintain company presence on digital platforms (social media, property listing portals, website).

track and analyze campaign performance with kpis: leads per month, cost per lead (cpl), roi, conversion rates.

handle vendor coordination for creative, website, and crm tools.

stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitors in the gurugram real estate market.
