key responsibilities organic lead generation (must-have)

generate leads through seo, linkedin outreach, social media engagement, and community building

create lead magnets to attract usa prospects

post & engage regularly on relevant usa-targeted platforms and groups

optimize website and blog for usa audience traffic

paid lead generation

run facebook & instagram ads targeting usa leads

set up and optimize email and whatsapp marketing campaigns

design and improve landing pages for better conversions

tracking & optimization

monitor and improve cpl, conversion rate, and roi

use tools like google analytics, facebook pixel, and crm to measure results

skills & tools required

organic lead generation expertise

email marketing tools (mailchimp, sendinblue, etc.)

whatsapp marketing automation

facebook ads manager (lead & conversion campaigns)

seo basics and keyword research

google analytics, facebook pixel

crm management (hubspot, zoho, etc.)

canva/design skills (basic)

requirements

1– years of practical experience in lead generation campaigns

proven success in organic usa lead generation

strong written & spoken english

knowledge of both free and paid methods to get leads
