we are looking for a digital marketing operations executive who will play a key role in maintaining and analysing data while supporting digital marketing operations. the candidate should be highly proficient in excel, ppt and capable of generating actionable insights from data while coordinating digital marketing activities — particularly within google my business (gmb) and related platforms.
the role involves working closely with pro-manage clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data management, performance tracking, and efficient execution of marketing operations.
responsibilities:
assist in onboarding clients by confirming details, ensuring listings are correctly configured, and maintaining data accuracy across platforms.
manage and maintain key operational and marketing data across excel and other reporting tools.
generate reports and dashboards for performance tracking and insights.
support digital marketing initiatives with a focus on google my business (gmb) listing optimization and updates.
collaborate with the customer success, marketing, and product teams to align mis reports with business goals.
monitor and validate data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems.
support management with data visualization and performance summaries using excel, ppt and power bi.
communicate with clients via email, phone, or whatsapp to gather inputs for marketing operations.
identify trends and insights from data to support continuous process improvements.
key skills:
excel expertise:
advanced proficiency in excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, and data modelling.
ability to create and maintain mis dashboards for performance and operations reporting.
digital marketing knowledge:
basic understanding of google my business (gmb) — profile management, insights, and engagement tracking.
familiarity with digital marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
power bi (added advantage):
experience in creating and maintaining dashboards for performance visualization and reporting.
data management and analysis:
strong analytical skills to handle large datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
