We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives for a growing architectural hardware manufacturing company. The role focuses on branding, lead generation, performance marketing, and analytics-driven campaigns to drive business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn campaigns
Execute SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives
Create and manage social media calendars, creatives, and engagement strategies
Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing tools
Manage lead generation funnels, inquiries, and conversion optimization
Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and product promotions
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in architectural hardware and building materials
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and KPIs
Hands-on experience with paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation
Exposure to B2B marketing (manufacturing / building materials industry preferred)
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and lead management systems
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
