Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager -Meta & PPC Lead Generation (Mumbai

Real Estate -Channel Partner Firm)

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute Meta and PPC strategies: Craft and implement effective Meta

(Facebook, Instagram) and PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads) campaigns aligned with the

company's business objectives to generate high-quality leads.

— Campaign management and optimization: Oversee the entire campaign

lifecycle, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding, targeting,

and landing page optimization. Continuously analyse campaign performance

metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximise ROI.

— Lead generation and qualification: Develop lead generation strategies to attract and

convert potential customers. Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to

prioritise high-quality leads for sales teams.

— Budget management: Effectively allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to

optimize campaign performance and achieve desired ROI.

Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to

measure ROI and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

— Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices,

and algorithm updates

Qualifications and Experience

— Proven track record of success in managing Meta and PPC campaigns, preferably

in the real estate industry.

Minimum of [4] years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead

generation.

— In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platform (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)

and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
