we are seeking a highly motivated and creative digital marketing executive to join our growing marketing team. this role will focus on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and support our mental health solutions. the ideal candidate will be familiar with various digital marketing channels and have a passion for promoting mental health awareness.
key responsibilities:
develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, content marketing, seo, ppc, and display advertising.
manage and optimize social media profiles and accounts (facebook, instagram, linkedin, etc.), creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
implement seo best practices to drive organic traffic to the website and improve search engine rankings.
plan and run paid advertising campaigns (google ads, facebook ads, etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (google analytics, social media insights, etc.) to optimize strategies.
collaborate with the content team to create valuable and relevant blog posts, infographics, and other content to engage and educate the audience.
manage email marketing campaigns, from creating email lists to developing engaging content and measuring campaign success.
track competitor activities and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
qualifications:
bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or e-commerce industry.
strong knowledge of seo, sem, social media platforms, google ads, and email marketing.
proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (google analytics, semrush, hubspot, etc.).
excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
