we are looking for a dynamic and creative digital marketing executive to join our real estate team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong online presence, generating quality leads, and driving brand visibility across digital platforms.

key responsibilities

develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate sales and brand promotion.

manage social media campaigns (facebook, instagram, linkedin, youtube) to increase engagement and followers.

plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (google ads, meta ads, property portals) to generate qualified leads.

create and optimize seo-friendly content, including blogs, property listings, and website updates.

design and run email/sms/whatsapp marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

handle online property listings on real estate portals (., magicbricks, 99acres, ).

monitor website analytics, campaign performance, and prepare regular reports.

collaborate with sales teams to convert digital leads into site visits and bookings.

stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.

qualifications & skills

bachelor��s degree in marketing, digital media, or related field.

2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property consulting.

strong knowledge of seo, sem, google analytics, google ads, and social media marketing.

experience with crm tools, lead management, and automation platforms.

excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.

ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
