Hiring For Digital Marketing Executive Freshers

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our digital presence, improve website visibility through SEO, run paid advertising campaigns, and handle social media accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic technical SEO.

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve better reach, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Manage company Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.

Create and maintain a social media content calendar.

Coordinate with the content/design team for posts, reels, creatives, and promotional campaigns.

Track social media insights, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO updates, social media algorithms, and advertising strategies.

Prepare regular reports on SEO, paid campaigns, and social media performance.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of social media management and content strategy.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of Canva/content creation will be an added advantage.
