• End user installation & support like Desktop/laptop imaging,
• Microsoft Outlook client issues,
• unified communication like Lync/webex, video conferencing issues, audio conferencing issues, remote access vpn end user issues,
• handheld device configurations and any other technical support activities as instructed.
• Network knowledge like Ping, Trace root, NSLookup, TCP/UDP Ports, IP addressing & subnets, ftp and basic troubleshooting skills at end user IT devices
• IT Asset inventory knowledge and coordinating with vendors for warranty replacements, material inward/outwards of IT materials
• Resolving service requests/incidents by understanding priority, adhering SLA and processes and managing timely communication with End user
