Desktop Support Engineer (1-3 Years)

Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and

other devices.

• Provide comprehensive IT support to users for a wide range of technical challenges.

• Oversee network performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot network problems, and

Ensure optimal functionality.

• Design, implement, and manage LAN and wireless networks to meet evolving business

needs.

• Maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, including tracking utilization, depreciation, and

lifecycle management.

• Conduct regular IT asset audits to ensure accurate records and optimal resource allocation.

• Manage IT-related inventory, ensuring e:icient issuance of hardware, software, and

accessories to users.

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of desktops and network racks.

• Install and configure software with organizational credentials, adhering to security best

practices.

• Generate and manage IT-related reports to track progress, identify trends, and support datadriven

decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the IT infrastructure and
