Position : Desktop Support Engineer

Knowledge of A+ N+

Minimum one year experience

â–ª Possess good Knowledge on Windows OS WIN7 and Win 10

â–ª Assembling of Desktop and Laptop Basic Level.

â–ª Upgradation of OS from WIN7 to Win 10 or to the latest Version.

â–ª Formatting of Desktop and laptop and installation of OS along with other Application such as Office

â–ª 2013/ip, Adobe etc.

â–ª Troubleshooting skills in case of hardware issue.

â–ª Good oral / written communication skills

â–ª Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required

â–ª Associates Degree

â–ª MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional

â–ª Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications

â–ª Knowledge of Windows Servers, workstations, MS Exchange, anti-virus and other various software applications

â–ª Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal

â–ª Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment

â–ª Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

â–ª Excellent Knowledge of systems - Know your way around desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.

â–ª Problem solving. Resolve problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources
