we are looking for a skilled desktop support engineer to join our team in bangalore. this position involves providing technical support in our hydrocarbon epc offshore engineering environment, with a focus on installing and managing engineering applications.

**responsibilities:**

- provide desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

- install, configure, and maintain engineering applications and related software.

- respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner.

- collaborate with it teams for system updates and security patches.

- document and manage support issues and resolutions.
