Desktop Engineer (1-4 Years)

we are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This position involves providing technical support in our hydrocarbon EPC offshore engineering environment, with a focus on installing and managing engineering applications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain engineering applications and related software.

- Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with IT teams for system updates and security patches.

- Document and manage support issues and resolutions.

- Experience in desktop support, particularly in an engineering or offshore setting.
