Opening For Desktop Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Engineer to support our users with their technical needs. This role requires someone who can troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Technical Support:** Assist users with desktop issues, encompassing both hardware and software troubleshooting.

- **System Installation:** Set up and configure desktop computers, ensuring all necessary software is installed correctly for users.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a graduate degree and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, ) and common software packages is essential.
