ï‚· Handling Centralized welcome calling Process.
ï‚· Reduction in Discrepancy ratio.
ï‚· WIP Management - GO actionable TAT, issuance TAT.
ï‚· Vendor Bill Management
ï‚· Manage Dashboards & Governance for field ops
ï‚· Field operation & HO coordination for field operation fulfillment support.
ï‚· Lead Employee engagement initiatives for CAT-ops
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
 Paid to Applied Business ≥92%
ï‚· Ensure 100% welcoming calling on applied new business on time
ï‚· Minimize channel discrepancy ratio <5%
ï‚· Reduction in Business leakage <5 %
ï‚· Improvement in Employee engagement score
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
ï‚· Graduate in any discipline.
ï‚· 5-7 years of experience in New Business.
ï‚· Life insurance experience is preferred
