Pre existing Consumer Sales - Responsible for Consumable & Spare sale

New Lead Generation for sales- Responsible for New lead generation through referral and pre existing client

Collections-Regular follow ups with Clients after raising invoice & Personal visit at Client place

Target Oriented- Responsible to finish the sale Target within TAT

Client Management- 100% customer satisfaction

Internal IT Support-Ensuring 99% uptime of internal IT resources

• Ensuring Daily back up of data, System updates, etc.

• Periodical Review of Internal IT Policies including Back up policy, Security Policy etc.

AMC/Warranty Renewals follow ups with clients
