Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales Research: Provide support to the sales team by gathering market intelligence, assisting with proposal development, and preparing relevant presentations. Marketing: Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and inquiry generation. Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as production and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction. Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the rigid plastic packaging or pharmaceutical packaging industry. Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior team members. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging regulations and industry standards. Experience in working with OEMs and MNCs.
