Dealer Sales Manager - We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for commercial vehicles through the dealership network. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to achieve business targets while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive overall sales performance and achieve Line of Business (LOB) targets for the dealership
Manage end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, conversion, and delivery
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration
Monitor and improve dealership performance metrics, ensuring consistent growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet owners, and key stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance standards, and operational guidelines
Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, service) for seamless operations
Candidate must have -
Graduate in any discipline
3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in commercial vehicles or automobile dealership operations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealership performance
