Responsible for traveling to B2B, Hotels for generating sales by meeting dairy plants, paneer/cheese manufacturers, and food processing units to sell high-value machinery such as coagulation systems, pressing systems, micro-perforated moulds, and cheese processing lines. The role involves identifying new clients, promoting machinery solutions, and closing deals for both turnkey and standalone / B2B sales equipment.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
Identify and visit potential clients: - Dairy plants / Paneer & cheese / manufacturers / Milk cooperatives / Food processing industries
Generate new leads through: - Field visits / Industrial areas / Referrals and networks
Present company products: - Paneer making machines / Cheese processing lines / Milk processing plants
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsSite Visits & Technical Coordination
Conduct site inspections for installation feasibility
Coordinate with: - Engineering team / Design team / Share client requirements for customized solutions
D. Proposal & Negotiation
Prepare and explain quotations / Handle price negotiations and commercial discussions / Close deals and convert inquiries into orders
E. After-Sales Support Coordination
Coordinate installation and commissioning / Ensure customer satisfaction / Support in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales
F. Reporting & CRM
Maintain daily visit reports / Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and status / Provide market feedback (competitors, pricing, demand trends)
