key responsibilities
handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
respond to customer queries and issues via chat support promptly and effectively.
provide accurate product information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
guide and assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues.
build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
politely encourage and convince satisfied customers to share their feedback and product reviews.
document all interactions and maintain records of customer communication.
collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
requirements
proven experience in customer support (voice and chat process).
excellent verbal and written communication skills in english / hindi (additional languages are a plus).
strong listening and problem-solving skills.
ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and empathy.
basic knowledge of crm tools or ticketing systems is preferred.
willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
