Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions 6 Days Working 1 Rotational week off & Rotational Shift.2. Pocharam: Voice 60 + 40 Non Voice Process: Axis Bank (Customer Support) (Voice) Qualification: Undergrads/GraduatesLanguages: Excellent communication skills in English, HindiSkills Set: V4Experience: Freshers/ExperienceLanguages Required: English & HindiSalary Packages: Fresher/Experience (14000 Take Home) + Incentives.Location: PocharamTransport: 2 Way Cab Facility only if candidate resides within 35 KMS radius.Duties and Responsibilities Should also be familiar with voice process, so that employee should outcall the customer whenever required or attend the calls from the customers.
