As a Customer Support Leader in our Chennai office, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. You will handle escalated customer inquiries, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the customer support team to meet and exceed service level agreements.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in handling complex customer issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and streamline processes for effective communication.
We are looking for a Graduate with 0-3 years of experience in customer support, with strong leadership and communication skills.
